Re: TOSHIBA 42rv530u firmware nightmare !
also i find this :
Note: If the TV loses A/C power (e.g., a power outage occurs or the power cord is unplugged), when power is restored, the red LED will blink while the TV is booting until the remote control is usable. This is normal and is not a sign of malfunction.
ok i dont have a remote control so if i read the manula right then LOGICALLY IT WILL NOT BOOT WITHOUT REMOTE CONTROL PAIRING WITH TV ?????????
omg iam having headache with this what u guys think can the problem be the remote ??...

Re: TOSHIBA 42rv530u firmware nightmare !
Initially, the Service Manual states that the described 3 blinking yellow LEDs indicate that the Seine module is in the process of booting (but is unable to complete). This module is actually a power detector and it implies that it senses that the power supply board is unable to startup correctly or is producing incorrect/insufficient secondary voltages.
really? the power board what i bought looks good becoase before tv was completely dead , with the new one power on does anybody had this issue ?
thx

Re: Sharp LC-65D64U blinking green LED
I have same problem on my sharp tv
Try this step by step backlight was exactly my problem
If the green power light keeps flashing on and off every second and tv will not power on unplug the tv for 5 minutes, then try this. Keep holding the VOL+ and CH- buttons down while you plug the tv cord back into the wall ac outlet till you get sound and picture for a second or two. You should be able to turn the tv on and off with the power button now. Next turn the power button off and unplug the tv for a few seconds and then...

Re: Sharp LC-52E77U no pic. Or sound found dead cockroach under power board HELP
I mean there is nothing to solder , those metal holders are in i plastic "bracket " and the lamps just slide there , also the side where the lams are is not burned , only the pins that goes to the actual board .
