Anybody see a Sanyo with green light stayin on plus all voltage points OK. The only thing I find wrong is K8L #3 wire @.25volts when it needs 3.3 volts. I can remove the K8l wire connection and the Back Light will show Blue. Place back into circuit and black screen. Please help!

I'm not new to TV repair. I had a shop in the 90's but as a hobby for extra money. I help friends out by repairing there flat panel TVs. I have a Sanyo with green light and all voltages. What I don't have is the K8l pin 3 at 3.3 volts. I can remove the wire and my back light comes on but just blue. Place the wire (K8L) back on and black. Anybody please help!...
