I left plug disconnected from y board to the lower boards. I did the pattern test jumping out pins 3 and 4 and got no patterns. I relized then to double check all connection and I caught where I forgot to plug back in. I then plug back in and tv fired up. Thanks.

I just replaced main board. You can hear the tv speaker when turning on and off. Tv does not click any more. I can turn on and off. when I first put on I get slight white light for an instant then screen stays black. I attemted menu with remote and button on tv, still no picks.

I was unaware of this site. I did a lot of research and based on what I learned thought the same. I also followed similar posts of yours and it reinforced the idea I may have order a faulty used main board. Upon plugging in the TV, a red readiness light blinks is then it goes into looping click on/click off cycle. Once this takes place, I have to unplug the TV to power down as the remote & pad become unresponsive. I have ohm tested all the fuses & found them to be good. I located a blown ceramic fuse on y board jumped it out and burened up a fet. I oreder used replacement y board. Unplugging individual boards as follows continue the clicking cycle: y-sus, x-sus, logic or control? I tried jumping the #3 & 4 pins on the logic board while jumping out ps on to ground on power cable coming...
