Hi, I have the same issue with a locked bios on the E751 and wondered if anyone can help me further.

I found on the motherboard a removable plug in TPM SLB9635TT12 chip next to two Winbond flash chips models 25Q80BVSIG and 25Q32BVSIG. These chips have had the numbers "74" and "75" stamped on them as below.



Removing the TPM and booting without it installed made no difference to the password lock so I removed the flash chips and dumped the code....

If the PSU appears dead and does not light the standby LED then try replacing a shorted BS5100 diode. Picture uploaded.
