i tried to load 1 of my hdd but nothing happens,i noticed that 5vdc standby is 6vdc.what cause this standby voltage goes high?Leave a comment:

to the gurus,
i have a problem with my psu and i cannot pinpoint the failing components.i test my psu without any load,the problem is once i short pin 14 and pin 15, the psu just ran for a seconds but i still got a 5volts standby.i already checked all the capacitors,diodes and transistors at secondary and all are good.im just new here thanks.
