I have same issue.
Tried several bios dumps , cleaned its original dump . Checked Me strap at motherboard .
Finally no video and only 2 leds. Reballed gpu and video came back.
Booted in verbose mode . It says unsuported cpu unsuported PCH .
did boot once but got freeze at login . I guess with a no recognize pch , sata controller will be extremely low.
If someone have any clue about whats going on with these motherboards will be great.Leave a comment:

Same issue for me.
ms-16j91 Chipset came in shorted.
Replaced 2 times , webcam and Wifi is not working.
I tried hm170 and hm175 , same result.
Bios reprogrammed and anything changed.

I have same laptop with no 5v_hdd /5v_odd / 5v_fan . 5v is perfect at 5v_ALW . choke is working fine. There is a little controller after both 3,3 and 5v chokes. Its marked with U4001 (T22K 5016) but I cant find real name.
