Re: phillips 47pfl7422d is dim on left side of lcd
@ Tom66 and/or anyone -
I've removed all four 680uF / 35V caps. I've got a couple 1000uF / 50V caps from work - do you think I can use these or should I just order the correct caps?
I'm a field engineer, not a design engineer. If I remember my college days correctly, I should still be within the 20% tolerance if these are wired in series. However, if they are wired in parallel then I'd be well over 30% off on total capacitance. I'm assuming they are just starter caps, and taken out of the circuit once fully...

Re: phillips 47pfl7422d is dim on left side of lcd
I've got the same problem (both caps pop'ed on the Slave but only one pop'ed on the Master). Do you think I can just replace the caps or is there potentially something else bad on the board too? Someone in the thread mentioned a ceramic fuse but I don't see it anywhere. What else should I check before I reinstall the inverter CCA's?...
