Update: after further research this afternoon, I noticed in another thread to test the transistors, I was not exactly sure what pins to connect so I tried multiple combinations.

I connected black probe to the upper left pin and the red probe to the bottom flat lip type pin and then to the middle unattached upper pin and then to the upper right pin, all readings of 1, I reversed the red and black probe and did the same, all readings of 1,
this taken at 2000Ω

Conclusion: the transistors are fried...

Hey, new here, first post, like what I see so thought I'd drop a line. It is a little overwhelming the info here but it does keep me optimistic about reviving my old monitor.

My monitor is the same and the board looks same as in the pics there.

The power blue LED goes on, screen flashes grey/white? for a millisecond it is so fast hard to tell if the whole screen is that colour. Then the LED power light goes to red after 2-5 seconds,...
