Sorry for the late reply selldoor, but was waiting on the boards to arrive and replace them to answer you better and don't make you waste any time if that resolved!
The PSU board is a ilpi-031 and the mainboard is a ilif-046. Now they are both new, and didn't resolved the problem

One update, decided to take the bullet and also replaced the main board for a new one.
And it keeps the same symptoms :/

Hi again torentino, i've been checking on the service manual of my model, and if i understood correctly the 17 blinks seems to be regarding the power supply board. But maybe someone can tell you if is this the case.. Inspecting visually, does the power suppy have any blown, bleeding or bulging capacitor? Do you know how to test if the ac and dc components are ok? mosfets and such?

LG Plasma 42V8&X3
Hi,
Some time ago, this plasma started having difficult starts, until the point when it had to take a new YMain YSUS.
This resolved the problem for around 2 or 3 months, but from this point on, the screen had a bit of white grain on the right corners but was sustainable.
some days ago, it failed completely again.. now it's always trying to start, i can ear the relay clicking on and off and see the red led blinking, but it never gets to start. if i disconnect the XSUS and YSUS from the PSU it keeps doing the same. I think it's not the PSU board.. Does... -

Hi,
I bought this 19" monitor for cheap some time ago, and i'm trying to fix it.
Already bought a new ps board for it, and it gives me acer logo but doesn't detect any vga connection.. someone knows if it's fixable or if it need a new graphic board?
I'm also leaving here the service manual for this set, for anyone who needs it.

Samsung T220 Syncmaster
Hi,
I'm having an issue, and maybe someone here can help me.
My Samsung T220 Syncmaster monitor lately works fine for a minute or two and after some time it keeps working ok, but the startes having a bit of grayish or greenish colors when whatching white imagens or something with white color.
Someone know what's happening? it's a pity, because i used it so little and it's really a great lcd. I'm affraid it will fail on me.

Hi,
I'm having an issue that i'm not being able to resolve.
I have this Philips 32PFL5404H/12 that started to became very hard to turn on, until the point when it simply wouldn't turn on again.. I replaced the power supply board for a new one, and it didn't fixed it. I'm starting to pull hairs here.
It's blinking 27 times.. in the service manual it says that the TV is in normal operation but without video displayed (RF), that the problem is the Multi Standard demodulator (Micronas IF).
Someone knows if is there any way to fix this issue?... -

Already replaced the Y and X Boards, as well the y sustain buffer board and the t-con, and it didn't resolved. It keeps doing the click click sound and not turning on
