OK, I tried this reset procedure and nothing has changed.

I did notice that when the service menu was displayed, all the checks down the left hand side said 'OK' if that means anything.

Yep, got the test patterns, all the solid colours red, green & blue then grey then red, green & blue gradients that appeared on a 45 degree angle.

Apart from the angle of the gradients, which I suppose is meant to be that way, there was no distortion.

I have a Panasonic TX-P65ST50, had it for just 5 months now and in the last couple of weeks I have been experiencing this issue:



When there is any panning shots, peoples faces tend to smear across the screen lacking detail and very contoured and there is a coloured rainbow effect on these contours.

This also happens when watching Black & White shows.

It happens on all sources i.e. my Sky+HD box and my BluRay player and whether I am watching SD or...
