I have a Samsung lcd tv model LN37A550P3F that has a flashing power light on front of tv, I have taken off the back of the tv and looked at the power supply, I see no bulged or leaking caps, I try to turn it on and there is no clicking sound from power supply board but the blue glow light on the bottom front of the tv comes on and that's it, the power supply board is BN44-00216A

ok i have read everything here in this thread, cause i have a mag lt916s with the same 2 second problem and the screen goes black. i have checked the capacitors on mine and they are not blown, leaking, or buldged. insted of replacing all these caps for a waste of time, and money to no fix, i decided to try to keep pushing the bottom buttons on the monitor to bring the brightness down on the monitor, thinking that there is a heat problem, or voltage problem. so i got the brightness down to 34% , and guess what, the screen...
