I have a 32" Samsung LCD T.V. - LN-32C540 that was made in 2010. The t.v. won't turn on. When it is plugged in an outlet, the standby light is on but does not blink. The t.v. does not respond to the remote control or the touch sensitive buttons on the front of the t.v. panel. There is no "buzzing" sound or other audio feedback like many people are having with blown capacitors. I've opened it up and I can't see any blown capacitors, but there are 10v 2200s on the board. I was thinking it might be either the control board or the power/IR board. Has anyone had this combination of symptoms...
