    I went back and forth through this form and I think I figured out my IC is bad. I took all the measurements with a multimeter and it looks like I have the same exact problem. Here is what I came up with. R907: 167.7 DCV

    Q901: G-D slight sound, G-S nothing, D-S slight sound

    R915: 2.4omhs

    R910: 166.2 DCV

    C920: 0.5 DCV

    IC901 Pins EA1530A 8H0E201 Hn68472
    1: 0.5 DCV 2: 0 DCV 3: 1.3 DCV
    4: 0 DCV 5: 0.1 DCV 6: 0.6 DCV
    7: 0-183 all over the place DCV 8:166 DCV...

    I have a Vizio VA19LHDTV10T I bought a couple years ago and was happy until my dog was running through the house and caught a cord and the tv hit the carpet from 3-4 feet high. Since then the tv has no power. I replaced the fuse, because thats about all I know how to do, and it still is not powering up. I switched outlets and there is no problem there. I have a digital multimeter, but I do not know how to use it as much as I would like. I have read this thread a couple times now and I somewhat understand, but I am a complete noob at tv and electronic...
