hello,
i try to repair a Dell 20'' 2007Fpb
At the beginning, the monitor green led blink.
After searching, i found and change :
- 3 caps 220uF/25V ont the inverter board
- 1 caps 220uF/25 ont the USB board
- 1 caps 180uF/450V on the main powerboard
- 2 caps 100uF/25V on the logic board
Now the montor start and i can view the autotest on the screen but there is an another problem :
- VGA : grey screen if signal is applied
- RCA composite signal : not detected
- DVI : OK
No problem with the OSD and menu...

I have a NAD T743 with a big problem !
Impossible for me to power ON. Led indicate standby mode (amber color) and nothing change if i press power button.
I clean ribbon cable but nothing change
this NAD is phase II model but have M6759 processor U201 and U202
Only one quartz for these 2 µP (40MHz). I have clock signal
the +5V power is good.
Anyone can help me ?

i'm french technician and i have a tv led haier model LE42D10HF with PSU dead
PSU Model : LK-OP418003B
I found F1 blow, Q3 and Q10 c/c
I think my psu controller IC1 is dead too but i can't read the type. only letter "EBH"
If anyone have service manual, schéma or ic type, i will be happy.

Hello,
Finally, i have the solution
I'l try to explain you why this psu was in security.
This PSu have three line +12V and when i see the pcb, there are 3 line and every line are protected by a ocp circuit.
This OCP circuit is composed by three IC. One IC = 1 Line +12V :
2 * FP120 (it's the same thing that FP131 whitout the photodrive comparator)

No, i don't think at the ESR. Every time i repaired a psu and if capacitor is bad, i find it by it's bad capacitance.
But here, maybe this is the solution.
And.. how can you measured the capacitors'ESR ?

Hello,
i have a dream... a dream that i can repair my psu but it's not easy.
What's the problem ?
In first time, this psu don't want to start immediatly. When i try to power on my computer, the psu start and stop : a red led light at the rear of the psu.
I switch off the electrical power button then switch on and try to start my computer and the problem restart.
I do this action ten, twenty times and finally the psu start whitout activate security (no red led light). No problem, the pc is ok.
one month later, the problem... -
