hi, I 'm back again and i have just replaced the inverter-tranformer
the good news: the monitors is still operating? (at the first power on the monitor was buzzing like an electric moter and the picture was too dark and flashing but after 2-3 power on/off and less than 1 minute it was fixed itself)
the bad news: the first buzzing noise did only get less loud but did not disappeared
so, what is next? re-capping?

If you do, yes it's on recomended 1680x1050

I have read the method you suggest,
but fistly I want to know if there is problem and then I will look for solutions

now the monitor has been covered again (we needed it for use)
but the caps were optically good (I have no capacitor meter yet)
I tried adjusting the brightness, and it was only at 100% brightness that the noise almost disappeared...Leave a comment:

so,
I opened the back cover and I isolated the buzzing noise.
I think it's coming from the side of the Inverter/Tranformer ([B]EEL-22W[/B]...............).
Is that a problem or a problem to be?
If so, which from this list:
