Philips HDTV 42PFL7422D/37 - I hear the relays activate every 20-30 seconds. TV off but still connected to AC power. Pushing "on/off" button does nothing. No picture, no sound. If I unplug AC then plug back in, blue LED on front comes on for a few seconds, then goes out. I removed back cover, hoping to see a few bloated caps (I read so much about), no such luck. I still think it's a bad cap, maybe two. Anyone have any ideas on how I can confirm this, test the caps in situ, or find the actual issue?
