Thanks mates, I just disassembled the LCD and you are right, LCD is cracked. I thought that is some dust because picture was almost normal...

I looked on the back side of the LCD and I find that`s manufacturer is HannStar and model of the LCD is HSD190MD12 rev. 0 so if someone have this LCD I`am interest it to buy it.

Hello, I`m noob here so sorry for somethink what probably was here but I can`t find solution simillar to my problem. I have broken Gateway LCD 19" which I bought on eBay for few pounds and this monitor have vertical lines in the picture. I google it this problem and somewhere I found that can be problem of 470uF 25V Samxons capacitor so I changed them but with no luck. I make 2 pictures of the LCD and on each one is different picture so I think this will be still some kind of capacitor problem, maybe is something wrong with that 100uF 450V so I will probably change it but before that i would...
