I got this question per te. What is procedure in Italy to get residenza temporanea or just buy and register car in italy ?

I remember that is no such dificult, years ago 10 or maybe 15 I got information, You just go to Ufficio per stranieri, and make registration, after this you got cartone per soggiorno temporaneo, with this cartone you could register car on Black register plates and drive normal where you want.

But I think this is changed in this years and after Slovenia go to EU maybe is less (or more) problems with that.
