also, took HS/Fan off of the SIS onboard Chip, no visible signs of damage/cracking or anything on this chip.

Posting From New Zealand!

Just picked up an MSI MegaBox thats not doing whats its supposed to do, i've disassembled it, and had the motherboard plugged into PSU, all I get from it is a high pitched squealing noise, from somewhere near a bank of capacitors, I can't spy any bulging on any of the caps on the board, nor any exploding.

Is the squealing noise something a set of caps that are beyond hope will do?

Powersupply fans don't spin up, nothing on the board spins up, all I get is the squealing!
