Thanks for this thread!
My HP z420 (600W supply) displayed the same symptoms (boot loop).
When I found this thread I tried right away replacing the Caps.
The issue is gone, probably I will replace all of the caps once I have time.
I replaced the small caps on the primary board (same as Shonky) and the small 10µ/50V on what I think is the the primary side of the tranformers on the second board.

Hello,
I am experiencing similar problems with my Vizio P50HDM it just shows no picture.
The 4amp Fuse for Vs+190V is blown too, but additionally a 250V 150µ cap on the Y-Sus board is leaking elektrolyte.
I already checked the voltages they seem OK: Va+ 60V Vs+190V.
How can I test which parts failed?(I would like to avoid replacing the whole YSUS-board)Leave a comment:
