Hello, I have a VGA to put it on the PC, leaving it dead, will not start.
I've found that I had a capacitor backwards, I placed well but still the same. Now I'm looking for a new capacitor to discard.
Could have charged more?

Hi everyone. I'm new here and really glad to find this forum. I'm wondering if anyone can help identify this cap for me.
Is of VGA, the MATRIX 7970, with the problem that the computer stops dead.
I think it's the cap, as it was mounted upside down, as you can see in the picture (PCE 101).
