KID-R600 Black need backup firmware

I have a problem. there is a BGA station Kid-R600 black accidentally reset the settings now I can not control it. you need a firmware backup there is a tpc7062k control unit. It turns out to go into the settings, but the station control utility does not start. I ask for your help -
