Doh! wasn't a bad solder joint ... so I tryed short pin 5 and 6 ... and now it won't turn on at all.
Even if I remove the short. Maybe I did overheat the chip. But I'm still ganna try to buy an other chip soon.

I was going to do some soldering tonight and I found on the chip A81SC that the pin 5 have bad solder joint.

Sorry My post was on the wrong place so here is the answer from the wrong place and from "budm" :
You have 4 individual lamps, two for the top side of the screen, two for the Bottom side of the screen. Color does not matter if the pair for the top lamps go, Pink can go to into P403, Blue can go to P404, or reverse since the two lamps are not tied together inside the lamp assembly other wise I will not be able to test the inverter circuit.Leave a comment:

I forgot where to put the wires back in place with there colors, I use to put a sign on the board but I forgot it. (Pink and Blue) And what would happen if I invert them.. ?

Hi all!
I have LG Flatron W2042TQ and i'm searching a place to buy that mosfet APM4048D = Anpec
I don't wanna buy it from alibaba because I only need 4 of them and I need to buy a lot of 5 or 10 pieces, the shipping is too high to ship to canada...
it's like 30usd + 5 for paypal and the items that are like 2.9 each :S
Maybe there is a equivalent but I don't know.
The only pdf I can find for the Datasheet is APM4048DU4 I think U4 is for the Package Code but i'm not sure.

Hi, Sorry if I make some mistake in english,
I'm from Canada (Province of Quebec).
Someone gave me a 216BW, I know it's not a 226BW but the boards in it are similar or identical to 226BW. I've replaced the caps in it, with all the good specs.
Here are the caps I've changed : Power Board
1x 2.2uF 50v
1x 22uF 50v
1x 47uF 50v
1x 330uF 25v
5x 820uF 25v
I didn't change the 100uF 450v, With my "caps meter" I get 94uF.
