Can I use normal electrolytic capacitors instead of Tantalum ?
or, I can add to the nec tokin a capacitor instead of replacing it ?

Hello i never did get around to fixing this one, i was removing the screen panel to check a few capacitors and the screen got crack on assembly.
On the inside were the lamps are, there are some blue capacitors on a board 3 were burnt out, i did replace them but as i said screen crack on assembly.
Can you describe your problem, ive still got the bits for this tv those. -
