Hi thanks for your tips. I should be ok as i do power jacks and usb sockets. Plus caps on tv psus. Im just rubbish with identification of smaller components and newer caps sadly. Thank your for your help though sombody else will pop on soon

Hi all seems to be my month not that i should winge or moan as it least its differnt to the usual rubbish i get.
I dont remember ever having changed a Poly cap on a Motherboard so im not really up on my part numbers. So any help appreciated on this one please.
The original cap on the motherboard is completly gone lol but i do have another one which is the same model number. so i took a pick of the cap thats missing.
Looking for a direct replacment if availabe please.

Hi Guys i do alot of USB socket repacements and also Power Jacks. This one has just come in as not powering lol. some of the screws were missing which i hate but i trundle on. i have posted some picks as the power pin pad is gone oh the joy. so if anybody has any ideas please apart from shooting the not so bright spark who attacked it then i would be gratefull many thanks. i will replace the Jack anyways but need some help as to where to run the power pin to please. the first 2 picks are how it arrived yuk.

sorry highpulse if you look at the hinge pick it touched the 2 raised caps that used to be there but also took out the other component that i cant find.
the board has no holes persay just 2 missing caps and a damaged chip ferrite bead. the copper track is raised if i can find the ferrite bead i will clean up the board more and assess it from there many thanks for both of your help

Hi all i have here a Samsung NP305E7A-S01UK Motherboard numbers as follows (Samsung do love to confuse the issue)
SCALAS 15 / 17A Board model no i assume
BA41-01822A on board not there usual white sticker
BA92-095088B on a sticker on the board
BA92-095088A on a sticker on the ram slot.
Ok here we go i will try and insert some images of said falier im basicly looking for the missing component numbers. or a diagram of the board. if anybody can help please. i did find another post on a russian website with the same series netbook ie NP305 with the same falier...

mb no 17mb62-2.5 23032666 on white sticker seems to tally up with this model as its stuck in standby with a constant blue flashing led. all the psu voltages seem ok. any help you can give please on these files would be appreciated before i bite the bulet and spend £40 for a possible 2 minute fix. many thanks ed

hi there ReecyBurger yes thinking the same but how on earth can i get those im stumped spent hours looking and all i can find is ref the failer. all very frustraiting with these if you have to buy a main board for a 2 min (possible) fix via usb. thanks for your reply ...
Bush LCD40883f1080p Stuck in standby PSU voltages good Last ditch attempt
Hi there had this Tv come in vestel rubbish stuck in standby constantly flashing blue led. checked all voltages and there good so had a route around and found that these vestel units have firmware failers also which causes this problem.
any help appreciated on finding one for this tv would be helpfull before i bin it.
psu model no 17pw26-5 v3

ok chaps replaced all the bad caps on the power supply and tested voltages all seemed good tv powered up for around 30 mins lol then the screen started flickering... so tried all inputs al are the same but i now have no sound via the hdmi either any ideas please many thanks
