Try spraying the freeze spray on the actual LCD itself. I found that it was a bonding issues on the LCD panel that I had. upper right hand corner to be exact.

@budm so the thermal tape works much like a heatsink to draw away heat, yes? Where did you get the tape and does it come in varying thickness? How much pressure has to be applied to the tabs? Like really cranking it down or just enough to make decent contact?
One thing that i just noticed is that where I have to spray the compressed air is VERY specific. Its actually on the side of the upper right. I have box the area in the image to show where. Also it seem to correlate with the line on the screen that appears when it is flickering. I have tried...

@kevinm34232 Yeah, the LVDS is off because I had just moved it back to the upright position. Its not loose or anything, funny thing is I noticed that right after I took the picture.
@budm I was not sure if that was the color it should be, but how can you tell it got to hot? Would that cause voltage dips or spikes when it warms up?
@Mr Bill I was looking into replacing the TCon, although I a big cheap skate and am willing to try anything to save a buck. I may look into this option later though. Thanks for the heads-up that it...

Hello everyone! First off hello and glad to be here!
Now for my question. I happened upon this board and search a many topics regarding mirroring, moving images and/or vertical lines on Sony LCD HDTVs. I came into a malfunctioning panel and have done some basic troubleshooting based on the searches that I have found in regards to T-Cons and Panels tabs. My testing what in conclusive after tearing the panel down and pressing on the tabs individually and with even amounts of pressure.
