Anyone figure out how to fix this problem? I don't want to waste my time replacing the caps if that's not the problem.

I found this forum and thread on a google search and just registered. I have the same Samsung 2333SW monitor that I purchased back in 2009 and about two weeks ago, it started flickering on startup where I'd get a horizontal bar or two and not the entire login screen. I'd have to reboot my computer 2-3 times for the image to come up stabilized so the computer was useful. Then, I started to get the same washed out thing happening while I was using the computer. First on web pages and then it would do it on the desktop. It would turn black and...
