Maluko75, I do not have the board in front of me anymore.
The transistors on the bottom and surface mounted. they will have lettering of DK QB or something like that. Digi-key has them they whole repair should cost you under 10 dollars with parts to spare.. and take less then 20 min if you can unsolder the transistors without braking the traces

When i fix the VX910 and vx924 monitors with the same problem i replace 4 electrolytic caps and two ceramic by the transformers. I also replace 4 transistors on the bottom side.. This cures the problem 100%

It has external power Supply.. Y have replaced it with another one from Viewsonic LCD monitor. The result is the same.. This is the only picture i found of the board.. funny .. it is on eBay in Germany. :-)
The caps are Elite (85c) and Jamicon (105c)

SCEPTRE X7S-Naga dets wavy after 10 min.
Hi Guys .. this is my first post. This morning started having issues with picture clarity. The whole screen gets wavy no straight lines. I have opened the case and looked at the power supply. No bulged caps observed. the board is
LL033 Rev.1 if it was a CRT i woudl say a filter cap is about to fail.. but with LCD i coudl use some help.
