Problem been coming on for a week, clicking with red light flashing when I try to turn on, unplugging for a couple of minutes solved issue for a while. Today it did not.

Research found history of capacitor problems with Samsung TVs and info about lawsuit (which does not cover this model).

I took the back of TV off and see 2 capacitors with obvious bulging tops on what looks like the power board to me (see pics).

All the talk is about the 1000uf 10v caps being the culprits, and the solution being to replace them with 1000uf 25v. Do not see any obvious...
