I just wanted to thank everyone for the advice. The capacitors came in yesterday and I got them soldered in this afternoon. The tv seems to be doing fine. The flashing is gone and the picture is good. Once again many thanks.

Thanks everyone. That link was very helpful. Do you have a link on the best place to order the correct capacitors for these inverters. I want to be sure I get the right ones. I have never done this before but I have a friend that has worked on some circuit boards before.
Is there a place where I could just order the inverters and replace the whole thing.

I did a search and could not find my exact problem. My tv will come on and I can see a picture. The screen is flashing rapidly and there is popping coming from it. I have removed the back to look at the mother board and inverters. I see no signs of a burnt spot. I am an HVAC repair man and looking at the capacitors, they do not appear to be swollen or busted. I can find many threads with the screen flashing or blinking but they have a black screen. Mine has the picture in the background and the picture appears normal. I do not know what parts to fix or replace because of this problem. If it is...
