Hi,as the voice is on,most probably the main board is ok,so the test mode is generated by the T-con;maybe the 2 T-con are affected with the same issue;try to connect another TV
at the outputs of this one.if you get image and sound on the second TV the chances of a good main are increased.Leave a comment:

Hi,I'd check the connector on the power supply and the flat cable to the main board.
Quite often you'll find the body of the connector yellowish, so the cure is to replace both
