UPD! In my case, the problem was not in the BIOS at all. When I soldered the BIOS chip, the processor standing next to it heated up and the laptop started. After cooling down, the defect appeared again. The problem was in the processor failure due to the black compound....
Thanks for the answer. In my case, the problem was in a faulty DMI unit, which I transplanted into a clean dump. Flashing a clean dump without DMI solved the problem.
