The original caps were Rifeking.
I believe I replaced them with JEE or Panasonic the only thing close to a name on these caps is Japan.

This AGP card was dead.
Capacitors replaced:
CE280 (Top left of board) 1500uf 6.3 volt Leaking
CE264 (Left of heatsink) 1500uf 10 volt Leaking
CE265 (Left of heatsink) 1500uf 10 volt Buldging
The card works perfect again. Easy repair.
