all resistors are showing 0.15 which is what i think there markings say they are. For low resistance i am thinking it has no resistance meter only shows 1 on any setting from left side of resistors to a screw ground if that is what you mean by primary groundLeave a comment:

so after swapping out dla001d with another dla001d ic i smell and see smoke for some reason it burnt up a diode i think and some resistors...Leave a comment:

Well one of these monitors lp2407 landed in my my hands. The symptoms include no back lighting no image with flashlight. It is powering on and off and staying on with the touch button when signal from PC is applied and does its little chime sound when turned on. I have replace all the caps with a kit of eBay all nichicon and Panasonic caps. I did the test explained in this thread and when testing power from the power supply to inverter board i am getting

I checked the continuity of r4 r31 r58 all have continuity so i went ahead and checked all the rest of the resistors with the same -ww- what ever its called and the ones in the upper left hand corner marked r621 r622 have no continuty dont know if that means anything or notLeave a comment:
