I have been repairing tv's and computers as a hobby for years now. Always seem to come across this awesome forum! Figured I would sign up and check it out.

I got this Toshiba 42hl67us with a fuzzy almost discolored? picture. Sound works great and pic is not too bad. Not sure if it could be the tcon board or something else. Not sure where to go from here. Any assistance would be appreciated.
