OUT1 and OUT2 are not shorted to ground or any other TDA pin
Voltages are 27V, except a voltage measured at a capacitor connected between Vddp1 and Vssp1, witch is 54V
Also connected the MODE pin to a 5V supply
Still nothing

i saw that all OSC pins of the 4 TDA are connected together, i i isolated(CUT) that circuit and connected it to the Vssa1 pin with a 30 Kohm resistor, as told in tha TDA datasheet, to force the TDA to work on the internal oscillator, but still no sound at the speackersLeave a comment:

SORRY!! MY BAD. i do have audio signal at TDA input. i just had tu turn the volume all the way to Max, because it was very low signal, as it passes the resistors on the audio board.
SO if i have audio signal at TDA imput, I have all volgates ok t the TDA...what else?...Leave a comment:

the problem is i don't have an oscilloscope, to check the waveform.
on the TDA all voltage rails measured and OK.
Mode pin is OK, i have 4.5v when in operation mode. and it dropps to 1.4v when muted.
HOW can i check the audio input pins?
i think that the amp is in somekind of power off , or muted because i can not hear anything is speckers...although if mode pin is ok, and TDA power rails are also ok...what elese should i check?Leave a comment:

hello
i had problems with my system, and i replaced the relay
now the power supply is ok, but i have no sound. i can power it up, turn the volume to max but no sound comming from the speackers
i measured all voltages on the TDA ,
on the mute pinof the TDA i have 4.6v so i think it should be ok,
i problem i think it is with the oscillator. i see this system uses external oscillator, and to work with external oscilator i read on the TDA datascheet that the OSC pin should be 5v. that is...Leave a comment:

i changed the hybrid and the fuse, all power supply voltages are ok, but still no image.
do you have any ideea?

hello
i am having problems with the same invertor board.
I have changed the BD9897 , the 4 mosfets and the 2 680uf/35v
BUT still no image
i have the 24V, and i noticed that when power up there is a blue led on the invertor board that flashes 2 times.
i have 5v on the on/off pin, on the Status pin i have 1,8v for one second , then it goes to 0v
