My AHCI PRO SC has originally wired REX SSR via Altec. But whatever setting I use OUT2 on Altec is always on when program is running. What can be the cause?

I have Denon AVR X1500H without sound. Everything else seems working. When I change DSP modes, relays don't click (active is only front relay). Has anyone experience with this model?

TL431 was replaced, all zeners are ok (not shorted). I also replaced optocoupler. Can somebody check primary gate resistors? I replaced both but i want to be sure they are correct..Leave a comment:

I'm repairing same charger. It came to me with broken primary (diodes, mosfet, pwm ic, gate resistors) and shorted secondary diodes + mosfet. I have replaced all parts and now its pumping (secondary voltage rises to about 30V, then restart, red led blinks). For regulator mosfet i used:
