VR1 is 10k ohms(labeled 103)
VR2 is 200 ohms(labeled 201)

I just took a look at the pictures of your blue esr meter.VR1 and VR2 appear to be swapped.I would also suggest that you closely check the color codes on your resistors.It is hard to tell from your pictures, but some of them don't look correct.Leave a comment:
