still troubleshooting, the rubber tabs def fix the problem i just cant get it to stay fixed

I got a free tv today!!! Only problem is....its broken
It had a lot of vertical lines going up and down the screen. I did some research and found Jscreenfix. It eliminated a lot of the lines but the darker lines are still there e.g. blue, black, dark green. Her are some pics
