Dear sir, I need help.
The Samsung Syncmaster 400PN turn lights on in the background but no picture appears.
The source had blown 470uF capacitor, the output of 12V. I took to replace all capacitors originals.
The TV turns on, turns on the lights but nis with a high noise at the power supply, do not know the origin.
I did all the measurements of voltages at input connectors from the logic board are all OK.
Someone can give me some suggestion?
