Greetings to this great community. A friend brought me a new thermal printer; notably, the manufacturer didn't provide drivers. We ran tests, and during the setup process specifically when selecting the port the printer automatically cuts the paper. However, when actually printing receipts (which is the intended use), it doesn't cut them automatically. We’ve already verified that the function is enabled and tested with the latest drivers. I would be eternally grateful if anyone could help; I’m attaching images of the reference model (since it’s a generic unit) and the configuration we used....

Greetings, esteemed friends of this great forum. I've been struggling with this tedious problem for over a month now. I have an AMD X4 860k processor, which is compatible with the motherboard Asrock FM2A55M-VG3+. Unfortunately, when I install the motherboard, there's no video output, and the only conclusion is that it's due to an outdated BIOS, since they come with version 1.7 rev. However, I don't have a lower-end processor to perform a direct BIOS update. In my country, Venezuela, unfortunately, everything is scarce, and we don't have much access to processors, so we resort to using programmers....
