To heavymachines, the guy who did my caps said the voltage was good but he had no explanation of why it would not come back on.

I'm sure he didn't read this forum because it didn't take me too long to find the thread about the whole eeprom replacement. Now I am on the hunt to have this done so I can watch a TV that I only got 2 months out of so far. I really wanted to double check the first guys work.

I have the awesome amber light of death on a Vizio E321VL. I had a guy who was gonna fix it, kept my TV for 6 months (I wrote it off as a gonner) and just recently popped up and said he replaced some bad caps but it still won't work. In the picture I wonder if he missed one. Let me know if this is a bad cap in the cluster of three on the right or something else....
