Thanks a bunch guys I think I will try Panasonic: ECQ-E2224KF (0.22uf, 250v) . I'll get back to you to let you know how it went.

Yeah, I'll probable just have to recap the hole board. I have been also trying to find just the circuit board. If anybody will keep an eye out for a replacement board I would be grateful. Thanks!Leave a comment:

Well I thought it was the vertical IC I bought a new one and changed it out and it did not work. So I got my heat gun and warmed them up a little and the screen went back to normal within a few seconds. I searched Digikey and mouser, is their a alternative I can try?Leave a comment:
