Re: Vizio Connector help
Yeah. I need the board connector, not the cable assembly. I might could find one on another board but desoldering those without breaking it will be hard.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. It's my calculus teachers tv. I don't want to fail. Haha

I have. The two pins broke off. haha. Its a low voltage differential connector btw.

Vizio Connector help
I have a vizio vx32l hdtv10. I repaired the voltage regulator on this board. I was plugging the connectors in, and i bent the pins on one of the male smd connectors. Its coming from the main board to the back of the tv. I have some pictures included. I need to identify a connector like this to solder a new one on. I have some pictures included. It is a 30 pin, 1 row, rectangular, keyed at the bottom left and right corners connector....

Re: Toshiba Satellite - Locks up when plugged in
Check this link out. Are these the right size so they will line up right on the solder pads?

Re: Toshiba Satellite - Locks up when plugged in
Hi Guy's
I happen to have the same problem with a Toshiba A205. It has the 0E128 NEC on it. Ive been looking for some capacitors that would work. I haven't found any for the life of me. If someone could send me a link to what I need it would be much appriciated.
Thanks,

Bass guitar amp switch problem
I have a trace elliot bass amp. There is a momentary switch for cutting on and off the 12 band eq. Sound passes through the amp when its on, but when i turn it off it pops and no sound passes through it. So i tested c30, r65, r66, and r67 and they all were fine. So it must be the relay right? The only identification is 47w/6 on the top of it. In the parts list on the schematic it only says 30amp relay (which i dont think 30 amps is going to it anyways). Any suggestions on finding a relay. I have the pdf of the schematic....

Re: Phillips 32pfl3504d/f7
Well I checked the power supply on the inverter board and its fried along with parts outside of the power supply. Honestly im thinking its going to need a new inverter board. Which is not worth it.

Re: Phillips 32pfl3504d/f7
Damn, ok. Could have that one resistor have blown that fuse after replacing all the other things?

Re: Phillips 32pfl3504d/f7
Also overload on the surge absorber is good? So if it would have had a low resistance it would be bad? Am I on the correct path?

Re: Phillips 32pfl3504d/f7
If I already replaced the MOSFET and all the zeners, would putting in a new resistor fix it?

Re: Phillips 32pfl3504d/f7
Sa601 shows overload on the ohmmeter. I just checked all the resistors and one has way too high an value. R614 should show around .39 ohms but I was getting 12 mega ohms with it out of the circuit. While I'm at it what should I check on the inverter board unless the sa601 will cause it to blow a fuse.

Re: Phillips 32pfl3504d/f7
Well I can't test for voltage, it kept blowing fuses.

Re: Phillips 32pfl3504d/f7
When I replaced that one Zener I went ahead and replaced the other two just in case. I also replaced both of the switching diodes which one of them was open. I think it was d611, I can't remember for sure.

Re: Phillips 32pfl3504d/f7
I replaced that MOSFET up there. I didn't have any resistance any way I put the leads on my ohmmeter so it was open.
