Hi BudM will send better hi res pic from main logic board can you give me a pic how typical smd fuse looks like on lcd monitor so I can quickly locate and also how can I measure it with multimeter to check the vdc or if it has any voltage to give u a clue and to locate the problem so I can search and give better pic of top and back view of logic board also I ll try to open the tcon board so you can see it also as far as I can tell you the power board looks like new even I changed those capacitors with 25v Panasonic Fc as you...Leave a comment:

Ok will send hi res pics of all boards and how they are connected in mean time cople of pics from powerboard alone just to see the power connectors and please note the caps silverones 25v 820uf c920 c922 c923 the first was leaked in bottom and other two were bulged replaced those three all toghether with Panasonic FC 25v 820uf caps by the way thanks budM for advice on capacitors replacement and now you can see the unknown caps manifacturer Thanks

Hi to All Members and Veterans on Badcaps Have trouble repairing and Reviving AU5131DT LCD monitor hope to give me advice how to bether isolate the problem.This is the common simtoms

Thanks sti those caps look like nichicon is similarity but what is weird nichicon caps have halve circle black logo on left side on the top whitrh those caps on the left top side of the cap is small rectangular shape black line and top right view it has infinity sign and one side is black no doubt they look similar to nicchicon caps solyd polymers radial type
One more Question what do you think what kind of brand capacitors shouls I use for LCD PSU Board DC secondary filtraton side those caps are 25v 620uf microfarrads...Leave a comment:

Hi To all Members of Bad Caps Forum Especially Veterans I have a Question that I want to ask regarding Manifecturer of capacitor which I can\t identyfy
The caps are silver gray in color they are taken out from Powerboard of IIYAMA AU5131DT lcd Monitor they are 25volts 620uf microfarrads and have some marking HD b-4 620uf 25volt in the upper right corner they have some sort of infinity shape symbol w hich right part is black I guess these are caps that supply and filter dc current for inverter and LCD motherboard

I had purchesed a cooler master m1000 Emba power supply
and it went dead and i cant figure it out why i guess it was some kind of flictuations in power load or frequency!!!!!!! and it went bad anyway a frend of mine opened it up and found out that mosfets on the heatsink were shorted and output caps 3300 uf caps 16v and 2200uf caps 10 volts were leaked and also 2 vprimary caps on primary side 470uf 270v caps 2 capacitors vere bad he somehow... -

You can check the semis for shorts with your meter on continuity check. Also, caps don't have to look bad to [i]be[/i] bad.

I have more like technical problem and here is my problem
I recently bought PSU Xooler Master m1000 that was to be specific almoust 2 years ago I used it in normal conditions no overclocking no nothing and one day it started to smoke inside I saw a dark smoke comming from the bottom cooler PFC of the PSU I disconect ot immidiatly from the Power cord it was matter of milliseconds
