Same problem here and I have reached the same diagnostic, as mentioned a few posts above, I have a Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2020 model, I have also tested many different bios dumps, and can't seem to reach the main issue with the motherboard. This seems to be a reocurring issue with Razer laptops, since it's not the first other user I have seen with the same problem. I have reached to the same conclussion as you do, and I guess it must be the IT8320VG EC chip, (or in my case IT8390VG-256).

After a month I haven't found any solution to my problem, and sadly I don't think it's possible...

Thanks for the bios, but it doesn't seem to fix my issue, as I have tried to install that bios many times. I am suspecting the EC chip, which is being controlled by the MX25L6436F bios, its size is 8mb, and I am thinking it might be corrupt, because there are no shorts on board, and when I power on the board, the amperage goes to 6 amps for about a second, and then quickly drops o 0.10 amps, and sometimes tries to go to 0.5 amps but fails, something is not letting the voltage flow. One of the main 3.3v coils seems to be getting voltage, but it also drastically falls down to 0.4v aproximately....

I have a Razer Blade 15 Advanced (2020) RZ09-03304F42 which doesn't work, and I am thinking it may be the bios, there are two bios chips, Winbond 25Q128JVSQ (16mb) and MX25L6436F (8mb), from what I know one is the main bios and the other one controls the EC, and I am seeking help since I can't find any good bios dumps. I have made a backup and dumped some other Razer bios roms into the bios chip, but it doesn't work, any help is appreciated ...

I have a Razer Blade 15 Advanced from 2020 model number RZ09-03304F42 that doesn't turn on, no led light and no charging. When I supply 19v the amperage goes to 6 amps for less than a second, and then drops to 0.5 amps for 1 second and drops once again to 0.1 amps, I checked the coils and they all give 0V, or some 0.4v. The power supply is working, and 19V enter the charging port, I followed its trace and it goes to a mosfet, which receives 19.5v at source, and 17.5v at gate, and goes to the other side of the board, but the coil there's 0V for some reason.
