Glad i went back to check the big CAP, it doesnt show the numbers because half of it is covered in silicone paste. What i can see, it says:
KM 105*c
P1034
VENT
RoHS
2002/95/EC

I got the numbers for the other 8 caps, I didnt get the ones that are wrapped in plastic.

The poly cap isn't labeled...I called my roommate to check it...and from what I can see from the pics it isn't labeled

I can pick up a cap today from radio shack. When I got it to turn on With out the flashing I played on it for 3hours and it didn't flash. I haven't tried to turn it on today. The problem started the day before yesterday.

got it to work again, but i didnt even do anything to cap, i just unplugged everything from the circuit boards, and plugged it back, plugged poewr cord in, and turned on the tvLeave a comment:

Nope didnt work. and i left the hair dryer on there for a long time. I checked the capacitor when its normal before it starts flashing, and its 302 then drops to 260-280. The drop occurs after the flash though.Leave a comment:

Yeah i did the bulk one too, i put the hot hair dryer on it for a while and nothing. I got it to stay on with out flashing just now, i dont know what i did. i was just measuring all the caps with my multimeter, and it stayed on. First it started flashing, but then it stopped.

Cold compressed air. I warmed it up with the dryer, and then i quickly used the cold air, it even turned white when i was spraying it.
I wish it was just a blown capacitor, that would be easy to fix. Its kind of strange because it was able to turn on once, and stay with out flashing.

Is there a way i can test the poly red caps? Youre talking about the one below the main cap its kinda long dark red?
i tested the main cap again and the reading seems to be fluctuating from 365-370
