Hi Guys,

Hoping someone may be of guidance as I slowly start my journey into chip level motherboard repair.

I have an Aspire 7750G that is completely dead. When you plug this laptop in nothing at all happens. No lights, nothing. It does appear though that liquid may have been spilled on the machine (could have been one of the friends but no one is owing up to it) as the keyboard is sticky. Also when I removed the keyboard it certainly looked like a small amount of liquidy substance was apparent. When looking at the motherboard though, I could not see anything untoward....
