  • Haier HLH376bb not powering on opened to find issues

    Hi all

any help you can point my way is much appreciated

so I have a Haier HLH376bb with powering on issues I have opened it and found a bad cap and in the removal process as it was glued down with the white glue I also broke a resistor which was right above it on the board me and my fat fingers

I have already got the service manual for this set but I'm not really clued up enough to understand it yet and my main questions what replacement cap and resistor do I need I looked on digikey and trying to work out the right parts completely...

  • Re: New Members - please post your introductions here

    Hi all

joined this forum as I want to repair some electronics rather than dispose of them as its a greener way to live and a lot cheaper that buying new

also I am a keen woodworker in training and can also be found lurking on lumberjocks and the wood whisper sites

so hopefully you guys can help me and don't mind a few stupid questions as I learn

    tozzzy ;o)
