Lol... The pot with or without the midpoint is exactly the same electronically. The little click is only guidance for extremely low light conditions or blind users... electronically there is no difference....
Just use the correct values in the correct places...
This is a bad connection... try re-soldering the pins to the pcb for the jack & XLR sockets (even if they look fine)... if that doesn't work then there may be a physical problem with the jack socket itself & it may need replaced.... but from what you say seems like a simple bad connection.... ...
First thing I would do with that amp is loosen the heatsink screws & remove the pcb with all devices attached, turn it over and check the whole underside for dry/bad solder joints... then while it's off reflow the solder on at least all the legs of the components that attach to the heatsink. Then replace pcb on heatsink & check idle current again....
I'm taking it you've already checked all voltage rails etc.......
Yes the only difference is the amount of pins, these pot serial numbers are just behringer part numbers ... e.g. for the 3B503x the "3" and the "x" are likely just added as part identifiers for behringer, the important details are:
the B = linear taper
the 503 code = (which means 50 followed by three zero's) = 50,000 ohms or 50k ohm
... then you also do a visual & manual check to find:
OK photos confirm all pots are mounted vertically so what I advised in reply #27 is correct.
I'm taking it when you say "central pin" you mean you feel a little click when the pot shaft is in the middle of the range of travel? e.g. Half way between fully CCW & fully CW?
Corrosion is common in pro-audio gear & lighting used in clubs & venues... especially where smoke machines and hazers are used as the smoke vapour gets sucked inside amplifiers etc. by the cooling fans and builds up a hygrosopic residue over time......
The plastic thing is called the "shaft", my link was just an example ... most pots are available in long and short shaft versions.
This guy that I couldn't remember earlier was a wealth of knowledge about replacement pots for behringer if you can't find them locally, maybe good for a deal if you want multiple pots: https://www.theaudioguyuk.com/product/behringer-panasonic-6-pin-vertical-mount-stereo-50kg-rotary-variable-resistor-pot-with-centre-click/106
If it's Panasonic pots he's selling then they are pretty good ... The plastic thing is...
